We’re happy to offer a flexible payment plan option to help you secure your favorite collectibles with ease! Please review the details below carefully before choosing this option.
🔒 Deposit

A 25% non-refundable deposit is required to start your payment plan and reserve your item(s).

This deposit confirms your commitment and is applied toward your total purchase price.
📆 Payment Schedule

The remaining 75% balance will be split into three (3) equal payments, to be completed within one (1) month of your deposit date.

Example schedule:

💰 Deposit (25%) – Day 1

💰 Payment 1 (25%) – by Day 10

💰 Payment 2 (25%) – by Day 20

💰 Final Payment (25%) – by Day 30

💸 Service Fee

A 5% service fee applies to all payment plans.

This fee covers administrative and processing costs associated with managing your plan.
📄 Payment Plan Agreement (Contract)
Upon choosing the payment plan option, a Payment Plan Agreement will be issued by GS Collectibles World.

This agreement must be reviewed and signed by the customer before the plan becomes active.

The agreement will outline:

Total item cost, deposit amount, and remaining payment schedule

Applicable service fees

Non-refundable and cancellation terms

Customer contact and payment information

By signing, the customer acknowledges and accepts all payment plan terms and conditions.

Failure to sign the agreement will result in the plan not being processed or the reservation being voided.
🚫 Non-Refundable Policy

The deposit is strictly non-refundable, even in cases of cancellation or non-completion.

If full payment is not completed within the 1-month period, your order may be cancelled, and all amounts paid (including the deposit) will be forfeited.
📦 Order Release

Your collectible(s) will be shipped or available for pickup only after the full balance and fees are paid in full.
